The review period was from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012. On February 13, 2013, the US Department of Commerce selected the responding company for the third annual administrative review, and the company was selected as a mandatory responding enterprise.
On December 20, 2013, the US Department of Commerce announced the third administrative review preliminary results on the federal notice. The company received a separate tax rate of 3.99%; on June 19, 2014, the US Department of Commerce announced the federal notice.
