I. Each contestant must participate in the competition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills (including software applications), and complete the competition content as required within the specified time. The scores of the contestants are assessed by the referee team of the technical team of the competition.
Theoretical knowledge contest content: theoretical knowledge and related knowledge of the national occupational standards of the corresponding types of work.
Software application competition content: part modeling, CNC programming. Student group and teacher group added computer simulation processing.
The actual operation skill competition content: complete the test piece processing according to the drawings.
Referee equipment: theoretical knowledge contest and software application competition each venue is equipped with 3 judges. There are 2 judges in each position of the actual operation skill competition. There are 1 referee, 2 competition supervisors and 3 engineers and technicians in each class.
Competition time: The theoretical knowledge competition time is 120 minutes; the software application competition time: 180 minutes for the student group and the teacher group, 120 minutes for the employee group; actual operation skill competition time: 360 minutes for the student group, 420 minutes for the teacher group and the employee group .
