It is expected that in the next ten days (April 8 to 17), there will still be many rainy days in Jiangnan, western South China and the southwestern part of the country. It is recommended that the south of the Yangtze River, the eastern part of the southwestern region, and Guangxi should strengthen the field management. The fields that have been rotten and rotten should be replanted in time. The areas where the seeding tasks have not been completed should use the precipitation to speed up the planting schedule and ensure the basic number of seedlings. At the same time, Guangxi should do a good job in the prevention and control of rice seedling pests and diseases.

In addition, from the 9th to the 11th, there will be cooling weather in North China, Huanghuai and other places, but it has little effect on the growth and wintering of winter wheat.

From April 9 to 11, there will be a cooling weather in the northern region. The temperature in the central and eastern Inner Mongolia, the northeastern region, the north-central part of North China, and the northeastern part of the northwestern region will drop by 6-8 °C, and the local temperature drop will reach 10 °C; In the early morning, the temperature will be reduced to a minimum. The minimum temperature in some winter wheat areas in northern Hebei, south-central Shanxi and eastern Huanghuai will drop to 0-2 °C (Fig. 2), but the daily maximum temperature will still be above 10 °C.

The cooling process lasted for a short time. The winter wheat in North China was in the greening stage. The eastern part of Huanghuai had just entered the jointing stage and had strong cold resistance. The cooling had little effect on the winter wheat greening and jointing growth.

Concerns and suggestions

It is suggested that Jiangnan, the southwestern part of the country and Guangxi and other places should strengthen the management of polders, rational fertilization, and cultivation of strong and stubborn; areas that have not completed the sowing task should use precipitation to speed up the sowing schedule, and rotten fields in Guangxi and Hunan Timely replanting, so as not to delay the time of farming, Jianghan and Guizhou should avoid the rainy time and carry out the spring sowing work in time. At the same time, it is recommended that Guangxi should do a good job in the prevention and control of rice seedling pests and diseases.
