Case analysis of mixed infection of swine disease and treatment plan for pig farm

Different growth stages of pigs have different nutritional needs, and it is important to select scientific and reasonable feeds for different growth stages. In this paper, we analyzed a case of mixed infections caused by swine hoof cracking, heterosexuality, decreased resistance, and swine fever and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in August 2011 to guide clinical pig production.

According to the farmers, the pig farm began to develop in July, which showed the damage of the pig's hoof and the tail bite. Recently, due to the sudden change of weather since the autumn, there were sporadic deaths and a dead pig was sent.

1. Inspection of pigs for necropsy:

The appearance of the pigs sent by the farmer is good, the breathing is difficult, the hoof is damaged. The necropsy lesions are as follows:

Second, case analysis:

According to the necropsy, the main abnormalities were observed: hoof injury and pig hair found in many places in the digestive tract. And the farmers reflect the use of a small plant nursery, pigs and tail biting. We can initially judge the main cause of the disease in this field: lack of nutrients in the feed, it is recommended to replace the nutrient composition with scientific and reasonable quality to ensure feed feeding.

The immunization of China's swine fever vaccine is usually based on the standard of preventing clinical infection, and this standard is used for immunization. Sometimes, the level of antibody in some pigs does not reach the level of prevention and treatment of subclinical infection, and this part of the pig is infected when the nutritional deficiency is reduced. The swine fever virus causes disease. Typical lesions of the above-mentioned necropsy occurred: skin scattered bleeding points, multiple lymph nodes swelling and bleeding marble, sparrow egg kidney, bladder mucosal bleeding points.

The occurrence of swine fever is often secondary to mycoplasma infection, showing symptoms of mycoplasmal pneumonia, such as the mycoplasma lung in the lesion.

Third, the treatment:

1. Immediately replace the feed with comprehensive nutrition and reliable quality. And add Jiuding "hoofen" to prevent and treat hoof injury.

2. Add Jiuding “strong and strong” to the feed to improve the constitution of the nursery pig.

3, do a good job of immunization of swine fever vaccine: recommended immune weaning when the first exemption, 58 days of age two exemptions, choose a commercially available vaccine, and ensure that the immunization operation is in place.

4, do a good job in the nursery stage pig health: 13 weeks old, 17 weeks old use 100ppm tiamulin +300ppm chlortetracycline / 100ppm doxycycline, the mixture for 7 days.

After half a month, we returned to the farmers and learned that the pig farm pigs had improved and stabilized.
