On September 7, the reporter learned from the Circular Office of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that the National Development and Reform Commission recently issued a central budget investment plan for non-electricity industry demonstration projects for flue gas, and the Tongling non-ferrous copper smelting technology upgrade and transformation project was ranked among them. The central budget will invest 30 million yuan.

The Tongling non-ferrous copper smelting technology upgrade and relocation project is located in the city's circular economy industrial experiment park, covers an area of ​​30,000 square meters, and the total investment is 298.95 million yuan, of which 299.77 million yuan is for fixed assets investment; and 36 for construction projects. In July, construction started in July 2010. It was completed and put into operation in the first half of 2013, with an annual production of 145.39 million tons. It is estimated that the annual sales income will be 436.18 million yuan, and the new taxes and additional capital will be 44.45 million yuan, and the profit after tax will be 57.21 million yuan.

Based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced foreign technology, the project adopts a "non-regulatory" high-concentration conversion process and an anode refining flue gas direct acid production process to effectively remove copper smelting and ** exhaust gas*. Compared with the current two-to-two suction and anode refining flue gas non-recovered dioxide* processes, the annual tail gas dioxide* emissions have dropped from 3,500 tons to 1,063 tons, and the reduction in the amount of 2,437 tons of dioxide* emissions has been reduced. 69.6%; * The total recovery rate has increased from 95% to 97.51%,* The total capture rate has reached 99.78%, The CO2 emission per ton of cathode copper has dropped from 21.9 kg to 2.67 kg and continuous emission reduction has been achieved; **The overall energy consumption per unit product decreased by 13.96 kg of standard coal, saved 117.25 kWh, and saved 1.54 tons of water.
