The scope of discount interest mainly includes: merger and reorganization of key coking companies, production capacity replacement and construction of large-scale coking projects, transformation of key coking enterprises into production transformation projects, promotion of deep processing of coking products and extension of industrial chain projects, centralized recycling of coking products for further processing, and extension of industrial chains. , Develop and expand downstream projects. The coking industry's interest-bearing fund follows the principle of discounting before interest rates. The discount interest standard is based on the benchmark interest rate of the bank over the same period, and the discount period is determined based on the ** period.

According to the integration plan, by the end of 2015, Shanxi Province will build four 10 million-ton coking parks (or concentrating areas), three 10 million-ton-grade and 10 five-million-ton super large enterprises, and the number of independent coking enterprises in Shanxi Province It will be reduced to about 40 households. The average production capacity of independent conventional coke enterprises will be increased from 700,000 tons to 3 million tons.
