At present, many private enterprises believe that the EU double opposition is the biggest enemy because of their own conditions and cognitive constraints, and they do not expect the threat of central enterprises. Third, in the face of the current behavior of enterprises in the photovoltaic industry to the government to policy, secret support and promotion. As long as the central enterprises can take the above measures and ensure that the management can operate responsibly and efficiently, it will be able to overcome the weaknesses of the mechanism and then come to the fore. Central enterprises do not have to worry about the resistance, prevention and competition of private PV companies.
