The successful R&D of the device is a major innovation in the field of wind power in China, which brings the Gospel to solve the power problems of remote farmers and herdsmen away from the national grid. The team led by Zhang Xiaoqian, a postdoctoral supervisor of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has spent more than 10 years researching and experimenting repeatedly.
