1 Overview

The monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity is extremely important in many situations. For example, in the process of stockpile, the food is often heated due to excessive humidity, which leads to a large amount of rot and deterioration of the food; the pharmaceutical industry will cause the drug to deteriorate due to the problem of environmental temperature and humidity; large electronic components warehouse may be because If the ambient humidity is too large, the performance of the component is degraded and the life is shortened; if the humidity in the substation of the power supply station is too large, the circuit breaker may burst. Therefore, there is a need for a multi-point, remote, and easy-to-install intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system that provides efficient management, use, and safe operation for similar environments.




2. Comparison with traditional programs

Traditional temperature and humidity monitoring methods are mostly single-point, local manual recording, control, high cost and inconvenient to manage, poor compatibility with the system, and poor scalability, etc., can not meet the system information, unattended Demand.

In view of the shortcomings of the existing solutions, Ankerui introduced a temperature and humidity multi-point inspection system to provide solutions for intelligent temperature and humidity control. The system adopts digital temperature and humidity measurement technology, digital communication technology and automatic control technology with stable performance and advanced technology. The monitoring points distributed in the application are collected and managed in a unified manner, and analyzed and processed by the system monitoring host. Set the conditions to control the external device to control the temperature and humidity of the external environment. The system fully considers the stability and reliability of the automation system, taking into account the system's operability, maintainability, and scalability. It has real-time display, alarm (control) value setting, alarm (control) data automatic storage, U disk export and other functions.




3. System structure

The system acquisition module is dispersedly installed at the monitoring site and is responsible for temperature and humidity. The monitoring host is responsible for the centralized management, display and processing of the temperature and humidity of the system, and supports the setting of the upper and lower alarm thresholds of temperature and humidity. When the system generates an alarm, the alarm information is recorded and the alarm status is uploaded, and the external device is controlled by the relay output. The acquisition module is connected to the monitoring host through the RS485 bus, and the monitoring host and the data center transmit information through the RS485 bus (optional Ethernet interface). The entire network has one data center, several monitoring hosts, several temperature and humidity acquisition modules, and several The remote control module is composed of remote control, and its system network topology is shown in Figure 1.

4. System function

(1) Measurement range: Temperature: -25.0 ° C ~ +80 ° C; Humidity: 20% RH ~ 90% RH;

Measurement accuracy: Temperature: ±1 °C; Humidity: ±5% RH;

(2) Monitoring host resolution is 800*480, 65535 color digital color, 7” wide screen, touch control.

(3) The monitoring host of the system supports up to 96 monitoring points, and the display data update rate is 2s.

(4) The system temperature and humidity values ​​are displayed in real time. The display page of the system applied to the national 110KV substation safety transformation demonstration project of Taizhou Power Supply Bureau is shown in Figure 2.

(5) Acquisition module temperature and humidity upper and lower limit alarm threshold, alarm status display in real time, alarm information can be recorded and can be queried. When the temperature and humidity alarm occurs, the corresponding display value flashes red.

(6) Collecting the digital input signal in the monitoring system; controlling the external equipment through the relay to adjust the temperature and humidity in the system environment.

(7) The alarm information generated in the system supports RS485 interface or Ethernet interface to upload to the data center.

(8) Support the acquisition module communication self-test function, generate report information and record when the communication is faulty (the device name flashes red).

(9) Support device name is configurable.

(10) Support measurement interface automatic page turning and manual page turning optional.

(11) Support the alarm information report U disk export.

(12) Provide U disk function package to support on-site update monitoring host program.
