How to use the vacuum tester
1. Purpose
(1) Used for the quality control of the arc extinguishing chamber in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber production line, and the storage inspection of the arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker manufacturer.
(2) Used to detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter installed on the switch. This type of test is mainly used for routine maintenance of the power supply department and the determination of the ability of the vacuum interrupter to withstand in the capacity test.
2. Connect
Connect the magnetic control current output terminal on the panel to the magnetic control coil through the wire, so that the contact of the arc extinguishing chamber is in a divided state (the coil is sheathed outside the arc extinguishing chamber), and connect the high voltage line and the signal input line to the moving end of the arc extinguishing chamber Quiet end. Note that the high-voltage line should be left floating (as shown).
3. Tube type selection
When measuring, first select the tube type, a variety of tube types have been stored in the instrument, the specific parameters see the appendix table.
(1) Tube type selection operation mode
Press [Select Key], make [] point to select the test tube type, press [OK], use [+ key] or [-key] to adjust the tube type parameter, when the display shows that the tube type is consistent with the required tube type code When you can, press [Enter] to return to the main menu. If the pipe type to be measured is not given in the manual, the pipe type with the similar size and the same wiring method can be used instead.
(2) Measurement
Press [SELECT key] to make [] to test the vacuum tube "Pa", press [ENTER key] the instrument is in the measuring state. And automatically complete all the measurement, calculation, display and other whole process.
(3) Print
If you need to print the test data, press [Enter] to return to the main menu, press [Select] to print [] to print the test data, and then press [Print] to print out all the measurement data.
(4) If there are no alternative parameters, you can press [SELECT key] to make [] point to "A", which can directly give the ionization current, generally speaking. The ionization current (A) is 2 orders of magnitude smaller than the vacuum (Pa).
4. Measurement steps
Start high voltage → measure leakage current → turn off the high voltage automatically, turn on the charging switch → turn on the voltage to the specified value → restart the high voltage, and start the magnetron current at the same time, measure the leakage current + ionization leakage current → deduct the leakage current → convert the current into a vacuum value → Display and print. If [Measure A key] is valid, the current value is displayed.
This instrument uses the method of starting the high voltage twice. If the instrument returns to the initial state after starting the high voltage for the second time, the instrument is rejected. It should be checked whether the vacuum tube is in a closed state. If not, the tube has been severely leaked or completely leaked.
