1. The full-color LED display does not work, the green light of the sending card flashes (made into a retractable type)
Reasons for failure: No power supply to the screen; the network cable is not connected well; no power supply to the receiving card or the power supply voltage is too low; the sending card is broken; the intermediate equipment for signal transmission is connected or faulty (such as: function card, fiber transceiver box)
Troubleshooting method: check to confirm that the screen power supply is normal; check to reconnect the network cable; ensure that the power supply DC output power is 5-5.2V; replace the sending card; check the connection or replace the function card (optical fiber transceiver box).
2. The full-color LED display does not work, and the green light of the sending card does not blink
Cause: The DVI or HDMI cable is not connected properly; the copy or expansion mode is not set in the graphics card control panel; the software chooses to turn off the large screen power; the sending card is not inserted in place or there is a problem with the sending card.
Troubleshooting method: check the DVI cable connector; reset the copy mode; the software chooses to turn on the large screen power; reinsert the sending card or replace the sending card.
3. Prompt "Large screen system not found" during startup
Full color LED display failure reasons: the serial cable or USB cable is not connected to the sending card; the computer COM or USB port is bad; the serial cable or USB cable is bad; the sending card is bad; the USB driver is not installed.

8. The entire full-color LED display displays the same content in each display unit
