2. The acoustic tube is not tied tightly or the spacing of the binding is too large. During the process of pouring concrete, the acoustic tube is tilted or bent by the concrete extrusion, and the distance between the tubes becomes larger or smaller, which directly affects the analysis and determination of the test results. It is even impossible to give the pile integrity class, and only the core or other reliable methods can be used for testing, which affects the normal construction.
3. Because the steel casing is too long, the welding quality is good, the air sealed inside can not be discharged, and the acoustic signal should be received long distance or through the air layer to be received, causing serious abnormality of the acoustic signal, affecting the pile body. Determination of integrity.
4. It is generally assumed that the transducer is located at the center of the acoustic tube. If the diameter of the acoustic tube is large, the transducer has a large swing range in the tube, which increases the delay of the coupled water layer and affects the time of sound wave propagation. 1. Embedding specifications, the buried depth of the acoustic tube should be buried to the bottom of the pile, and the upper end should be higher than the top surface of the pile 300 mm ~ 500 mm, the exposed height of the acoustic tube of the same pile should be the same.
2, sealing specifications, the bottom of the acoustic tube should be welded blind cover or steel plate to ensure that the seal does not leak slurry; after the installation of the acoustic tube, the upper mouth should be covered or plugged to avoid foreign objects falling when pouring concrete, resulting in the tunnel Blocked.
3. Fixed specification, the acoustic measuring tube can be directly fixed on the inner side of the steel cage by spot welding or wire binding. The spacing of the fixing points is generally not more than 2 m, and the bottom end of the acoustic measuring tube and the joint part should be fixed. For parts without reinforcement cages, the acoustic tube can be fixed with a steel bracket. In order to ensure that the acoustic tubes are parallel to each other, the triangular steel frame support can be spot welded between the acoustic tubes.
4, the joint specification, the steel cage should be prevented from twisting when placing the pile hole, and the sound measuring tube is generally installed with the steel cage segment. The sound tube with the bottom cover is fixed on the first section of the steel cage, and the rest is temporarily fixed on the prepared steel cage. When the lower cage is connected, the upper part of the sound tube is docked and plugged in. At the same time, the sound tube is tied to the steel cage and is made in turn. The joint between each section can adopt the reverse threaded sleeve interface or the casing welding scheme. The reverse threaded sleeve joint should adopt a soft rubber sealing ring. The casing can be connected with a steel sleeve of about 80 mm in length. Larger than the outer diameter of the acoustic tube, the two acoustic tubes are sheathed, and the sleeve is welded to the upper and lower ends of the acoustic tube by electric welding. Regardless of the joint scheme, the joint must have sufficient strength to ensure that the acoustic tube is not bent and disengaged; at higher hydrostatic pressure, the joint is dense and not leaking, and the inner wall of the joint should be flat and there should be no welding slag. , burrs, etc., so as not to interfere with the free movement of the transducer. If the acoustic tube needs to be cut off, it should be cut with a cutting machine. After cutting, the nozzle is polished to eliminate internal and external burrs. It is not suitable to be blown by electric welding. When welding steel bars, the welding fluid should be prevented from splashing onto the pipe body or joint.
5, water injection specifications, each buried section, should be filled with clean water into the sound tube as a chelating agent for testing. Water can not be directly used in river water, especially in the flood season, the water content of the river is high, and it can be used for sounding the tube after purification treatment to prevent the bottom of the sound tube from being blocked. Before injecting the underwater concrete of the pile, the water level in the acoustic tube should be checked. If the water in the tube is not full, it should be filled.
6. Test specifications, the pile foundation concrete age can be tested after 14 days. Before the test, the pile head should be chiseled to the design elevation, and a 32mm long steel bar of about 20 cm should be used to make the hammer test the smoothness of the sound tube and fill the pipe with clean water.
