The main content of this project is: PS version of aluminum base strip material directly using electrolytic aluminum liquid continuous casting aluminum strip, the use of metallographic analysis, electronically controlled needles and other means to study the casting temperature, casting speed, casting area length, casting The effects of pressure, cooling water temperature, cooling water pressure, cast roll surface roughness, etc. on the surface quality and mechanical properties of PS plate aluminum base. The research of PS-based aluminum-based cold-rolling process mainly includes rolling speed, rolling force, inlet tension, outlet tension, cold rolling reduction, lubrication, and so on. Strip surface roughness control and profile control. The effects of temperature, speed, and pass rate of cold rolling and the uniformity of the structure on the black strip defects of the strip were studied to achieve effective control of black strip defects. It is reported that after the project was industrialized, it partially replaced imported products and effectively saved foreign exchange output. However, when aluminum processing companies used electrolytic aluminum liquid casting to produce PS plate bases, the aluminum ingot remelting process was omitted, saving fuel costs. 260 RMB/ton, reduce burning loss by 1.6%, totaling RMB 200/ton, and saving 4.6 million yuan based on annual production of 10,000 tons. This project has solved the outstanding problems in the production of PS plate aluminum bases by direct casting and rolling with electrolytic aluminum liquid, realized the short flow and low energy consumption production of PS plate aluminum bases, thereby promoting the development of the aluminum alloy deep processing industry in Henan Province.
