What is vacuum spraying technology?

Vacuum spraying is a post-processing technology for forming feeds developed in recent years in the world. It is also called liquid permeation or core spraying. Vacuum spraying adds a high proportion of liquid (primarily grease) to the expanded pellets, making it particularly suitable for the production of high-energy aquafeeds. The general process flow is as follows:

Expanded extruded pellets→Dryer→Vacuum spraying machine (weighing→vacuum→mixing spray→pressing into the outside atmosphere)→cooler

Factors affecting the vacuum spray effect are pressure release time, quality of extruded pellets, temperature of grease spray, altitude of the sea, temperature of extruded pellets, drying speed of extruded pellets, and the like.
