Hydro from Norway transfers SKS power production shares

ChinalcoNet July 27th Integrated Telegram: Norway Hydro plans to transfer 20.86% of shares of SKS Produksjon Power Company in Northern Norway. It is reported that this share transfer will not affect Hydro's ownership of 9.4 TWH electricity per year in Norway.

Hydro Chief Financial Officer stated: "Since SKS's location is not the industrial power consumption zone of Hydro, and it does not interfere with other hydrodynamic operations of Hydro, this share transfer will not affect Hydro's primary aluminum in Norway. Yield."
