1. Door frame processing:
People who have used gypsum board as partition wall may know that gypsum board partition wall is the most likely to crack at the door frame, because the door is often opened and closed, so the external force at the door frame is very large, and it is also the main cause of cracking. the reason. Therefore, the gypsum board partition wall is to be strengthened at the door frame, and there is also stress when closing the board.
If it is a door with a weight no larger than 25 kg, a wooden side is embedded in the vertical keel of the door frame, and then a vertical keel is added as reinforcement at a distance of no more than 150 mm from the door frame.
If the door weighs more than 25kg but less than 50kg, the vertical keel of the door frame needs to be counter-punched (that is, the two keels together to form a square-like steel structure at the doorframe), and the wooden side should be embedded, and then A vertical keel is added as a reinforcement at a distance of no more than 150 mm from the door frame.
If the door weighs more than 50kg, it is recommended to increase the steel structure to fix the door.
As for how to deal with the board, when installing the board, the gypsum board is cut into a knife-shaped shape, and the seam cannot be left on the door keel, but only on the door sill, and the distance from the door frame to the keel is not less than 150mm. .
The length of the vertical keel of the partition wall:
There are two ways:
1. The keel that can be buckled: The length of the buckle, the length of the lap is not less than 600mm.
2. The keel that cannot be buckled: Use a matching U-shaped keel to cover the two vertical keels. The length of the lap joint between the two keels, respectively, should not be less than 600mm (ie, the length of the total U-shaped keel should not be less than 1200mm) .
Is glue used for sound insulation?
Be careful not to hit the keel when playing glass glue because the glass glue (silica gel) is acidic and will corrode the keel. If you want to glue on the keel, pay attention to use neutral gel.
Self-tapping screws Note:
Partition wall: The distance of the board side screw does not exceed 200mm and the board does not exceed 300mm.
Ceiling: The distance of the board side screw is not more than 150mm, and the board does not exceed 200mm.
Also note:
1. When the screws are pressed on the side of the gypsum board, the screws are kept 15mm away from the edge of the board, otherwise it will crack the edge of the board.
2. The self-tapping screws must not break the paper (because the strength of the paper plasterboard is more than 70% from the surface of the paper, breaking the paper surface is equivalent to the place where the fixing is invalid), and the tapping screw sinks into the board surface 0.5mm~1mm. Remember not to break the surface of the paper, and some construction sites have found that plasterboard fell from the ceiling and hurt people because 80% of the screws on one board broke the paper.
If you break the surface of the paper, make a screw within 5cm of the next place.
If you want to install the downlight on the ceiling gypsum board, a single downlight with a weight of 0.5kg or less can be directly fixed on the gypsum board. If the downlight exceeds 0.5kg, a separate boom should be fixed on the ceiling of the structure.
Because there is often condensate around the air outlet, it is recommended to use waterproof gypsum plasterboard, and it is best to apply aluminum foil on the back of the board.
The sound insulation of the wall should be taken into consideration when constructing:
When installing the peripheral keel, it is necessary to apply a sealant (not silica gel or glass glue) in places where the keel is in contact with the surrounding structural layers (because it is acidic and will corrode the keel, and acrylic mono-component sealant is required). In order to prevent the sound from passing through the small gap between the keel and the surrounding structural layer to the next wall (one ten-thousandth of the gap will result in a sound insulation loss of more than ten decibels).
When installing the panels, the plasterboards on both sides must be staggered. The gap between the board and the surrounding structural layers is also sealed with a sealant.
Filling of soundproofing cotton: The thickness of the filling should keep a certain cavity in the wall, but it is not necessarily filled. Because if filled, the soundproof cotton becomes an acoustic bridge and reduces the sound insulation performance of the wall.
Sound insulation wall construction points two:
The installation of the switch box is also very important. Note that the switch boxes on both sides of the wall cannot be symmetrically installed in the same place. It is better to stagger the installation of a grid keel. When the installation is completed, fill the soundproof cotton at the back and lay the sealant around.
In addition, the sound insulation of the door is also very important, but for the door, it is more difficult to make sound insulation as good as the wall. Therefore, in the national standard, the sound insulation of the wall between the room and the walkway requires a score. Sound insulation requirements are low, is to take this into consideration.
Putty putty and wall putty should use environmentally friendly materials. Do not only consider whether the wall paint is environmentally friendly.
Nowadays, many practices still use 107 glue and double fly powder as joints and wall putties, and 107 glue has long been one of the architectural products that are banned from use.
