The punching die is the upper half of the entire die, that is, the die portion mounted on the slider of the press. The upper mold base is the uppermost plate-shaped part of the upper mold, and the workpiece is pressed against the press slide and fixed by the mold handle or directly to the press slide. The lower die is the lower half of the entire die, that is, the die portion mounted on the work surface of the press. The lower mold base is a plate-shaped part on the bottom surface of the lower mold, and is directly fixed on the press work surface or the back plate during work. The blade wall is the side wall of the cutting edge of the die hole. The edge slope is the slope of each side of the blanking edge of the die hole. The air cushion is a top air driven by compressed air. See "Ejector". The opposite side block is a part that supports a one-way force punch from the other side of the work surface.

The punch guide sleeve is a tubular part that provides precise guiding for the relative movement of the upper and lower mold bases, and is mostly fixed in the upper mold base for use with the guide post fixed to the lower mold base. The guide plate is a plate-shaped part with a precision sliding inner hole with the punch, which is used for ensuring the mutual alignment of the punch and the die, and functions as a discharge (piece). The guide post is a cylindrical part that provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower mold bases, and is mostly fixed to the lower mold base for use with the guide sleeve fixed to the upper mold base. The pilot pin is a pin-shaped part that projects into the hole of the material to direct its position within the die. The guide plate mold is a die guided by a guide plate, and the punch does not leave the guide plate when the mold is used. The guide plate is a plate-shaped guide member for guiding the strip (belt, roll) into the die. The guide column mold frame is a mold frame in which the guide post and the guide sleeve slide relative to each other. (See "Mouldboard").

The punch die is a process equipment for producing punches on a press, and is composed of upper and lower parts that cooperate with each other. The punch is a convex working part that directly forms a punch in the die, that is, a part whose outer shape is a working surface. The female mold is a concave working part that directly forms a punching member in the die, that is, a part that is internally shaped as a working surface. The shield is a plate-like part that prevents fingers or foreign objects from entering the danger zone of the die. The pressure plate (ring) is a part in the die for pressing the stamping material or the process piece to control the flow of the material. In the drawing die, the pressure plate is mostly called a pressure ring. The pressing rib is a rib-like protrusion in the drawing die or the drawing die for controlling the flow of the material, and the pressing rib may be a partial structure of the die or the pressing ring, or may be embedded in the die or the pressing ring. Separate parts. The press ram is a special name for the press ribs with a rectangular cross section. See "Pressures". The receiving plate is a plate-shaped part for supporting the upper plane of the concave die and supporting the stamping material. The continuous die is a die having two or more stations, and the material is successively fed into a station with the press stroke, thereby gradually forming the punch.

The side edge of the punch is a punch that cuts the feed positioning notch on the side of the strip (belt, roll). The side pressure plate is a plate-like part that applies pressure to the side of the strip (belt, roll) by a spring to urge the other side to abut against the guide plate. The ejector pin is a rod-shaped part that directly or indirectly ejects the workpiece (sequence) or sequence material. The top plate is a plate-like part that moves within the die or module and directly or indirectly ejects the workpiece or scrap in an upward motion. The ring gear is a ring-shaped toothed projection on the fine die or the toothed press plate, which is a partial structure of the die or the toothed press plate rather than a separate part. The limit sleeve is a tubular part for limiting the minimum closing height of the die, and is generally placed outside the guide post. The limit post is a cylindrical member that limits the minimum closing height of the die. The positioning pin (plate) is a part that ensures that the process piece has a constant position in the mold, and is called a positioning pin or a positioning plate according to its shape.

The punching plate is a plate-like part that fixes the punch. The fixed discharge plate is a discharge plate that is fixed at a position on the die. The fixed stopper pin (plate) is a stopper pin that is fixed in the mold. The unloader is a non-plate-like part or device that detaches the workpiece from the outer surface of the punch. The stripper plate is a fixed or movable plate-shaped part that detaches the material or the workpiece from the punch. The stripper plate is sometimes integrated with the guide plate and serves as a guide material, and is still called a stripper plate. The discharge screw is a screw fixed to the elastic discharge plate for limiting the rest position of the elastic discharge plate.

The die sheet process is a die that completes only one process in one stroke of the press. There are two types of scrap cutters. 1. A cutter attached to the flange trimming die of the deep drawing member for cutting the entire circle of trimmed waste for cleaning. 2. A cutter attached to a press or mold for cutting strips (tape, roll) in a fixed length for removal. The combined die is a universal, adjustable set of die that gradually forms various punches according to geometric elements (straight lines, angles, arcs, holes). The outline of a flat punch generally requires several pairs of combined dies to be punched. The starting stop pin (plate) is the part for positioning when the starting end of the material is fed. The starting stop pins (plates) are all mobile. A tile is a composite part that constitutes a complete die, punch, stripper or fixed plate. The stopper (plate) is a hardened part for positioning when the material which cuts the notch through the side edge is fed, and serves to balance the single-sided cutting force of the side edge. The stop (plate) is generally used in conjunction with the side edge.
